Hi, I’m Rodney
New to Northern Michigan, but certainly not new to massage!
A lifelong Phoenix, Arizona native who left the desert in 2023 to reside in Northern Michigan with my wife, Carrie, and our two small poodles.
I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 20+ years. Graduated from Phoenix College with an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage. Lots of extra trainings along the way and personally massaging 950+ clients through the years has given me a diverse background to help just about any Body!
I’m trained in many different types of massage but I specialize in CranioSacral, Myofascial Release, and Bamboo + Deep Tissue. I’m also successful with Cupping, Sports/Stretching as well as gentle Swedish and Therapeutic Massage.
My goal is your goal. Let’s get you as pain-free as possible, de-stressed and reset.

Hi! They call me Carrie. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2016. My passion is getting every body up and moving so that we can all age gracefully and without pain.
I have a playful approach to yoga. Let’s push ourselves safely and playfully, even if we fall. My favorite classes to teach are slow flow, restorative using props for restful, healing poses on the ground and sound healing. I also enjoy playing healing frequencies using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, Chinese Wind Gong and other instruments and have classes in Kalkaska, Traverse City and at Swetti Yeti.
I enjoy in spending time with my husband, two mini poodles, sauna by the Manistee River and embarking on new adventures of all kinds.
