7/26 Evening Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us Sunday, 7/26 at 5:30pm for a sound healing and guided meditation dedicated to the full moon.

We’ll be gathering inside of Prana Mañana located at 3054 Cass Rd Ste B, in beautiful Traverse City for an in-person sound healing hosted by Carrie.

Bring your yoga mat and refillable water bottle. Option to bring eye pillow or any props* that make you feel comfy.

Starting with light movement and stretching, we’ll sink onto our mats for a short guided meditation followed by 30+ minutes of pure sound bath bliss.

*we’ll have limited yoga mats & blankets available to share.
